To the person asking if its worthwhile doing Duke-NUS, specialisation is NOT guaranteed, neither is $2,000,000 per year, which is even more unlikely

Another troll spotted.

Annual income of medical specialist is around $2,000,000 a year.

Totally worth it!

OK.I am going to prepare for MCAT. Then, I can buy one condo every year! By the way, private condos, not executive ones.

Omg I just got posted to CTVS for my next MOPEX posting. Anyone know how's life as a CTVS MO? I'm always more medically inclined.. and I didn't even pick anything surgical for my MOPEX postings

Need a kind soul to tell me more about the duke admissions process.
Is the ntu grad med better or the duke one?
If you have skin eczema is it a factor they consider

Hi there im applying to Duke in the upcoming application cycle, you will need to sit for the MCAT exams. The exam is not hard per se, but there is a lot of content and it costs around $400 to take. You can use Khan Academy for free MCAT resources or buy from Kinokuniya if you have the budget

The there is 3-5 recommendation letters, 1 personal statement, 1 or 2 essays and then interviews. Heard they can be quite sticky on GPA tho.... I got like less than 3.6 and asked them if its worth it to still sit for the MCAT but they gave some PC answer haha and told me to still apply. The applicants can be like graduates from Harvard or Oxford tho...much stress.

NTU is not graduate medicine. I think you can apply as a graduate student but you will be in class with undergrads. And if I'm not wrong, you do not qualify for the MOE tuition grant so you'll have to pay full school fees.

I don't think skin eczema is a criteria. You can always email duke admissions team, they seem nice and responsive

Who cares about eczema. Don't worry. 100% wouldn't be a factor. Unless u have like major depression and previous or active suicidal ideation
