Can I ask if you are a gp employed under a private medical group, eg raffles, one care etc, is professional indemnity insurance covered or you have to buy yourself?

I am currently completing my 5th year of residency in America and looking to relocate to Singapore for family reasons after. Would appreciate some advice from more experienced folks.
Table 2 - Criteria for direct entry into private practice
"Foreign-trained (except European-trained) specialists can practise under supervision of an appropriate specialist in a private specialist practice IF they have 5 years* or more of related specialist clinical experience after obtaining an exit specialty qualification recognised by the Specialists Accreditation Board (SAB)."
Assuming I am interpreting this correctly, I would not qualify for entry into private practice right?
In which case, I would have to practice under supervision for 2 years before I can obtain my full registration. During these two years, am I being paid as a resident or a consultant salary?
Thanks in advance.

But then they also dont really come at 6am. More of come at 7am so 29hours.
Usually they will have at least 3-4 meal breaks of half to 1 hour each. So become 26hours.
Plus they talk cock sing song in MO room so minus 2-3 hours, so 23 hours.
Then on call, they go back call room to catch forty winks, so minus another 2-3hours, so 20hours.
So the 30+ hours is overestimate. My own experience is about 20 working hours per call.
Granted you are physically in hosp for that 30hours but you are only working or about 20 or less.

If they in the hospital for 30 hours a call, then it is counted as 30 hours of work lah. If I go office for 8 hours, you think I work all 8 hours meh? Also have time for lunch break, go gaigai, surf web etc.
