if SG medical students need tuition, then why dont do it locally?

this year my cluster had reduction in bonus. quite significant. other clusters can chip in?

If ultimate goal is to move to Australia / Canada, is EM the best one among the not so competitive specialties?

GP can't really move there, need FM. But FM also takes time and pay as FM sucks vs EM in ang moh world?

Psych also seems good but doesn't feel easier than EM. EM options seem to be similar or worse than GP in SG though.

I've known an EM colleague who successfully moved to and is practicing in Aus few years ago.
EM is not as easy to get in now.

Does EM have better PHI career path than FM? Feel that EM going to private is just doing GP clinic or aesthetics and entire training is not worth it.
