I'm not quite sure what the reference here is to but usually for consultants the hiring letter says that the pay can be minus 10 % based on ' conditions '

are there many doctors living in the west coast, seeing its proximity to NUH? a property agent told me that, but i do not know any colleagues living there.

Can I ask the seasoned locums, what is an acceptable load for a slot ranging 120-130/HR for a weekday morning? (5-6/HR?)

Are there any side hustles for physicians that don't involve locuming? Im in residency and I want to do this in the future. But I need some additional income and there's no option for locuming within the PHI due to residency requirements
