Obviously reading comprehension is not your strong suit. The post was quite clear in asking foreign trained grads who return as consultants (i.e. AC/C/SC; or otherwise not HOMOSPR in case it was not clear) about their clinical service allowance.

Are contracts for consultants negotiable? Like slightly higher comp if u have some desirable skill set or more admin days etc

what? Mr law he’s just saying the contract is not negotiable. Law is post grad at harvard so you’ve spent 8 years doing a degree you could’ve done for 3 years at cambridge

Possibly yes but I doubt not by much. I have been advised to just take whatever that is being offered. They cannot lowball you either, as by right basic salary is standardised.
