Why do most local med students not consider the bond or difficulty of getting into specialty training in singapore when going to med school. I remember my classmates in JC used to be confused when i told them i wanted to study overseas, recrntly i meet them they all complaining and regretting. Did they not consider before?

Not everyone can afford the costs of an overseas education? Great if you have options, but some times the only option they have is to study locally. Empathy is an important trait for a doctor and it would do you well to learn it.
