Make sure you know the visa options. J1 sponsorship requires MOH approval if you are an sg citizen.

ideally will go on a h1b but MOH approval wont be too hard either. MOH states that u either need to be working in sg OR u need to hold a prospective offer of employment. Seeing as anaes are always needed and it means they can guarantee that i stay in sg and contribute to the healthcare system, its a pretty good deal for them to have someone be trained at no cost to them and also bring unique thinking, ideas and knowlerdge
