As I am still a conditional reg and I take 1 afternoon off a week, working 41 hrs a week, my basic pay only S$7500. With increment will be S$8k.
When full reg, I heard will be S$11-12k/mth

I have seen 2 of my friends try and fail. One tried again with more foreign worker check ups , the other went back to locum. I think need to be in a chain or need to do aesthetics to survive on my own outside.

Hubby and I in our early 50s, combined networth about S$5mil, looking forward to early retirement soon.
Either in a HDB in Sg or in our JB semiD.
If in JB, will have about S$ 9k /mth passive income
In HDB, will have about S$7k/mth passive income.
Probably retiring or semiretiring in 3 year's time, after we can sell our FH terrace after 3 years SSD over, so no point starting own business...wanna relax soon already, starting business have to work very hard.

I brought in revenue of S$800 k + last year.

revenue is not profit lei
check the rent for a GP clinic in a similar area.
add in the cost of the receptionist and consumables. this includes ur IT system also
deduct your salary. Must add CPF , ur insurance, ur pc and also your annual leave + MC
if its part of a chain, there is GST, so minus 9% from revenue to begin with
then u finally get what profit your boss makes off you. Usually this is compared to the profit last year and u get 5% increment off that difference.
800K revenue is run of the mill la.
probably just ensure you got a job only.
If your skillset is just sell screening packages..i think u just stick to being a hired GP ba.
anyone with a MBBS and a warm smile can do that.

I also see GP patients, preemployment check ups, EP/SP, insurance, CPF HPS cases.
Ya, job is pretty easy and relaxed. Only busy in Dec, when there is surge of health screening cases as employees rush to do theirs before it expires. Rest of the year quite relaxed. Like now, only see a few GP pts and have to key in mass flu vac in EMR.
As I said, I am a humble GP, don't make millions a year but can only retire early soon due to investment in Sg properties esp landed.
Being a Dr really helps in getting loans. Dunno why bank willing to lend me when my take home pay is less than my monthly mortgage, lol...luckily got savings to pay mortgage.
Sg property appreciation is the best passive income, really make money while u sleep.

Yah, I think outside can have S$15k at least. But my company has annual bonus, performance share options, flexible benefits, MPS reimbursement, sponsoring of courses and good medical benefits. Can claim hospitalisation S$12k a year and health screening S$600 every 2 years. Best is easy to take leave. Outside companies are smaller and very hard to take leave. Also very compassionate, I got breast cancer, they also let me take long hospitalisation leave, buttock abscess also. One long time staff got 3 cancers while working there still kept her job.
I once joined a small group, started work during CNY and when took one day MC, got fired. Didn't even get paid at all. Pay is S$15k a mth.
And prev large group I joined, no pay increment nor bonus at all for 4.5 years. Fell sick and got fired. No compassion.

conditional reg, means RMG? But 500 from a base of 7500 is higher than what mohh gives to SR
