I heard the starting pay is 4.1k for 2nd uppers and 4.6k for 1st class. After 1 year, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager with 10-20% increment.

After another 9 months, you will be promoted to Manager based on my observation from linkedin profiles but not everyone will get promoted. Just curious, whats the increment from Assistant Manager to Manager?

There are even people who got promoted to AVP in 3 years

Anyone recieved an video interview for ocbc recently? 2020 grad program. May I know how long will receive news after doing?

all offers have been given out.. interviews were completed by nov/dec and all offers were out in dec.

Hmmmm that sounds like Bank of Singapore tho...

they were around the same time. i went for both.

BoS was a superday (group case + 1 to 1 interview, same day) in early dec.
OCBC GTP was 1 to 1 interview, end nov.

was offered both but rejected for another bank instead.

Anyone got interview recently?

It depends on which function you expressed interest in. Some functions have yet to start on their hiring manager interview.

I have friends who have done their interviews and received offer subsequently.

I recevied invitation for sonru video interview in Oct 19 and did a HR interview in early Dec 19. Since then, asked the HR for updates but got ghosted for like more than a month before they finally replied me in late Jan to say that the function I applied for has yet to start their interviews.

Just heard back from HR recently to schedule interview with hiring manager next week.

So you've gotta be patient with them lol.
