I'm mx11a, the range is quite accurate for my case.

Not the 11A who posted, I'm MX11 now getting 7020, 3 more months to my 1 year appraisal. Not sure if I will get stuck at MX11 ceiling.

Let us know if they alert you when hitting your ceiling or just allow you to discover a suspiciously low increment one year and forever stagnating after.

Um then the ppl earning between $12,301 and $16,699 is MX what?

Yeah. No estab to promote here, probably have to second to agency etc, but unlikely to second officers within first 2 years of contract. Have discussed with my director also, we will work out a way before he finishes his term here, which is around the same time. Work-wise no issue, first year probably not graded but shouldn't be an issue to get B for next 2 round of appraisal since I'm managing major portfolios.
