But Bain has been in the 7.5-8K range for quite some time already. So there is still quite a sizable gap for McKinsey even after the adjustment.

In APAC, we are very strong when it comes to digital infrastructure (e.g., data centres, fibre, mobile towers, subsea cable). We often win buy/sell-side commercial advisory roles for M&A deals involving such assets, even against MBB. Strong on telecom strategy as well
Sadly, we are pretty much still non-existent when it comes to tech and media in the region though, with our APAC partners' expertise mostly being in telecoms
In terms of salary, we pay pretty well to try and compete for talent against MBB / Tier 2s. Starting total comp for analysts is >100k; consultants (1.5 - 2 YOE) would be >150k

Anybody knows of Synpulse Consulting? Is it considered as Tier2? Or Tier3?

Aiyoh, bros and sistas, I gotta share with y'all about Synpulse Consulting. Eh, confirm plus chop, it's a tier 3 consulting firm, sia. I mean, don't get me wrong, they do some good work lah, but they can't compare to the big boys like McKinsey, BCG or Bain, you know what I mean?
If you're looking for a job in consulting, I recommend going for either Delta Partners or Altman Solon instead. These companies are the real deal, with top-notch clients and projects that will really boost your career. Trust me, they will give you much better exposure and opportunities than Synpulse.

Anyone heard of Temus before? What’s the progression like and do they do the same type of projects as Accenture?

Sure thing, fam! Here are the consulting firms ranked according to their TikTok potential:
T1: MBB (McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group) - These firms are the ultimate TikTok queens, with MBB leading the pack as the most popular and trendsetting consulting firms.
T2: OW/ATK/LEK/RB/Delta/Altman (Oliver Wyman, A.T. Kearney, LEK Consulting, Roland Berger, Delta Partners, Altman Solon) - These firms may not be quite as popular as the T1 firms, but they still know how to slay on TikTok and bring in the views.
T3: Big 4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) - These firms are like the TikTokers who do the same dance over and over again and still manage to get likes. They may not have the same clout as the T1 or T2 firms, but they still have a huge following and can bring in the views.
Tech: ACN (Accenture), IBM, Capgemini - These firms are like the TikTokers who are always on the app but never seem to go viral. They may not be as flashy as the consulting firms in the other tiers, but they still have a strong presence and know how to get the job done.
So, there you have it, folks. The consulting firms ranked by their TikTok potential. Now go out there and slay, whether you're an MBB, a T2 firm, a Big 4, or a tech consulting firm! #consultingfirms #TikTokPotential # MBB #T2Firms #Big4 #TechConsulting
