Lol stop peddling this myth. There are plenty of local grads in top US firms. Not necessarily even FCH some more. Just look up the lawyer profiles on their website.
Especially in corporate practices, they care less about grades and it's more about your prior experience and how well you present yourself.

Rodyk will always be a mid tier firm whatever size they grow to if their quality remains the same.
Only 1 oxbridge in my US firm. Don’t anyhow.

Corp in Bigger practices
Chapalang Assoc doing contentious and non contentious work in a small practice. 2 going 3 PQE. 2020 called.
In the 5.5-6 range currently salary wise.
Are larger corp teams hiring. I’m in firm #04 now , 10-15 pax headcount (1 year very soon), I spent 1 year in another mid size (10+)with about the same size #02. However in firms #01,#03 I left due to mismatch and non suitability
#01,03 were 7-10pax firms.
Should I try to hold out a bit longer in firm #04 before trying to apply out. I feel I’m not going anywhere now daily.
