Recently I interviewed with an international firm.
My job now is pretty standard hours 9am to 6pm. Almost no OT and no stress at all. I get flexible hours to plan my work in sending my wife to work and kids to school and picking them up in afternoon. My workplace colleagues are generally nice. However salary wise it is pretty low, $10k and little progression.
International firm (UK) salary is around $15k.
Should I make the move for 50% more in salary?
How is culture, pace, and people like in an international firm?
