fresh grad from nus law here
seems like there is quite a lot of movements these days from private practice to intl firms and inhouse roles
may I ask at which stage should one moves from private practice into inhouse roles?
Why do people not stay in private practice?
How is culture in big 4 vs intl firm like?

I also want to move to intl firm from big4. But so far they have been unimpressed with my NUS FCH. Think they prefer oxbridge candidates?

Please do not confuse cavenagh law with CC. One is a local shop another is an international law firm.
