Would finding a recruiter help? I'm getting quite burnt out, and sick of the partner making nonsensical allegations. Scared i'm gonna land up jobless in a bit.
Particular Partner has been targeting me in every recent email over minute things and cc-ing the whole firm

There are recruiters who cover local lateral moves, but honestly I dont think there's a need. Just cold email or check firm websites and go from there.
