If you're Dentons, why do you want to increase pay?
Pay has been stagnant for so many years and now they increase? Don't you smell something fishy if it's true?

I find that hard to believe since Rodyk it's a Swiss verein with separate profit pools. And they are neither a 'true' international firm (merely a local firm with the Dentons brand name) nor exactly leading the market as a local firm (compared to the Big 4).
But it's not that far fetched to believe that they've raised their payscale slightly in light of recent increases by the Big 4s.
