Heard A&G Cap Market team is looking for fresh blood.

Anyone has any input on the team/partners/ working hours etc?

Am a 3rd year liti assoc and approached by legal recruiter to try out for position as assoc in A&G Cap market.

How did you get recruited - don't they try to match based on fields? If the recruiter is so crap as to ask a near SA-assoc to try out for Cap Markets, they are either desperate or using you as cannon fodder to make their actual picks look good in comparison.

LinkedIn. Yeah also found it quite sus, recruiter was also super aggressive. But I also thought no harm trying since I do want to move inhouse in the future. No loss to me to hone my interview skills also.
