Thanks for sharing! SG is a really hard place to survive and I'm considering moving abroad, but is india really a good option vs the usual migration destinations UK/USA?

What racist sarcasm. I have friends in international law firms who are non citizen or pr indians and they are great. Good work ethic and destined for stardom.

I stayed in the profession but stopped hanging out with my learned friends. The community is filled with numerous two-faced backstabbers. But then again, the industry is cut-throat, so it is expected.

seems like we all have similar experiences. haha.
It's why i always tell juniors to give the profession another shot by joining a less toxic firm. There are many firms where lawyers stay for a very long time.

What firms are not toxic then
