Are the training contract benefits in international firms better than big 4s? What is the starting pay like for international firms? Maybe not the magic circle level kind of firms.
Or rather, does training contract pay sort of give a gauge on the starting out pay in law firms? What are the top range like?

Recently received an offer for in-house legal counsel position. 7.5k pm with 3-5 months discretionary performance based bonus. 3 pqe.
Am I being lowballed?
