Let's be real - there are no B4 partners on this forum. So people who have been giving figures have been pretty much just been guesstimating, but 15k is a terribly inaccurate estimate given what we know of annual increments and SA pay at B4.
I am confident that a B4 partners outearns the MC assoc at the same PQE. Before partnership, the MC assoc will definitely make significantly more, especially at the early years.

Not sure the exact figures a B4 JP can pull but I have heard my JP mentioned several times that he was offered an senior assoc role in a MC firm previously with a substantial payhike mainly because of the perceived glass ceiling at itl firms.

Not a bad idea for those who seek a good balance between financial stability and working hours if you can pull that much as a partner in a small firm

yeah but odds are your clients are not based in singapore which means your working hours would cater to theirs - so no work life balance too.

What about the progression? Is it comparable to the B4?

Equity partner yes.
For junior/ salaried partner in a JP, about $15-20k per month depending on the seniority and firm. If just made JP, will be on the lower end. The more senior the higher the salary of course.

For B4, Jan 2021. But this increment will not be as large as the one you will get in Jan 2022, for obvious reasons.
