So every PCR charge for unbecoming or unprofessional behaviour must be premised on a criminal conviction. Then might as well just repeal pcr and use lpa which has something on being convicted.

No that's not what he's saying.. usually for criminal offences they will investigate it first and then prove the conviction.
Doesn't mean there cannot be an investigation now

its easier to get lawsocced with a conviction
not impossible without one but i dont think u will bother to contest the lawsoc charges if u alr squat in jail lol
without conviction still got lawsoc investigation and usual evidence gathering process what.

Yes. Fortunate to have found an in-house role in a bank, it’s my second week and liking it so far. Probably planning to stay on. Hours are shorter.
Reading this forum (solely for entertainment purpose) sort of reaffirmed my decision to stay away from the industry.
