I read your point about the potential backlash, but I'm also shocked to read your apprehension when you are merely exercising your contractual rights. If you can't even speak up for yourself, how can you speak up for your clients?

Doesn’t affect female lawyers as much. Men seems to be more emotionally affected

Female lawyers don’t behave like that.

it's true

male lawyer here. i cried when my ex dumped me because i moved from B4 to a small firm.
