I could give very specific examples but if any of my colleagues are lurking on this forum they will know who I am referring to.
while i can accept being scolded harshly by a boss, the language and words my soon-to-be ex boss used is totally unacceptable. and everyone in the office can hear it so clearly, which is so humiliating.
no amount of money can make me stay, and honestly while the salary isn't bad, it isn't great either.

OP there. This isn't my first job and I have also been working for a significant amount of time. I have worked in places that I considered unpleasant and difficult and have seen bosses that are not easy to work with. But I can attribute it to working differences and my own mistakes.
But this really takes the cake.
