NQ average salary there is now around 6140 before bonus, with bigger jumps between the PQEs. A&G is also a lot more competitive paywise now.

6140 base pay? Or is this incl of the front load component so your "bonus" works out to 1, at most 2 months.

NQ first 4 months: 5.8k
NQ following 8 months: 6.4k

Works out to ard 6140 monthly. Shld be basic pay before yearly bonuses.

Good to see that the front load nonsense of yesteryears has been removed.

WP has also moved up. The bonus bump from last year is being maintained as well.

They definitely were at least of last year, but given the changes in other firms I don’t think anyone knows for sure right now.
