Dude, there are many variables to all this. Lord Neuberger and Lord Sumption do not even have a law degree.

This year haven’t release.
Only BM is same every year at 7.5k and 8.5k 10 months later.
Big four should be 5.6k upon call.
Mid size 4.5k
Chinatown 3-3.5k
Seniors can chip in as these are few years ago figures

Nothing is impossible, but it won’t be easy at all.
Remember that at the junior tier, employers (including the silver circle firms) are absolutely spoilt for choice. If they can get a first or a 2.1, they’d much rather do so than to explain to the hiring committee why they’ve decided to request and exception and select a 2:2.
For unconnected 2.2s, the more conventional path into an international firm would be to “upgrade” gradually through the tiers. From wherever you start out, you’d wait for attrition and burnout to hit your Big4 peers, and take the jobs they vacate. Then build up your resume and make the jump to international when your resume looks good enough.

Do law firms pay bonus as part of the total annual package?
Have the bonuses been included in these salaries?
If they pay bonuses but have not been included in these salaries, how many months bonus do law firms pay?

Fairly accurate save that Big 4 are closer to 6k now inclusive of frontload. R&T doesn’t adjust for the next 16 months but the others do. Rodyk is the same. TSMP and Morgan Lewis will pay more
