I'm a 3 pqe, getting paid 50k pm. But i'm so stressed out, i'm just wondering, is this all really worth it just for the money? There are more important things in life after all.

So how what should I do in such a scenario

you should apologise to the appropriately qualified and satisfactorily reviewed low ses hdb trainee that you successfully managed to sideline
apologise for their parents being too poor and unconnected
then laugh all the way to the bank because you won’t remember their name after a few minutes anyway

ppl like u get to say that u been there, done that, got the tshirt and the fat paycheck
now instead of bitching can u just gtfo the way and make space for new blood
no one gives a crap about ur sob stories, go join a theatre troupe or make cupcakes or whatever it is millenial hipster trash do these days to virtue signal that they’re too good for the rat race
if ur still making 50k pa after 3 years of poly dip tier employment u wont be wasting time whining anonymously on the internet

I tell you my dilemma
I always harboured a secret desire to work in a firm where I can meet my future soulmate
Would love to work with such a person at work
Best if in same team. Adds to the joy of going work.
Having fun.
Eating together for lunch, working late nights together and with a lot of excitement
Now working with other colleagues I’m fine
But just don’t have the joy.
Since it’s each man for his own

How serious is SILE about attendance? Ideally every absence is covered by MC, but what if it isn't?
