Then what’s stopping you guys from joining big 4?

since so many people here doesn’t seem be able to take the stress and quitting

and firms offering 5k onward shows job market is tightening

I am serious. Didn’t you read there is a shortage of lawyers at mid level?

I know you’re quite sick of going through discovery, or combing through a document for that elusive comma, but please don’t make us all feel worse, pls

I have an army friend recently left his job at a big four firm and went in house. He usually works until 2am and cabs home, and go back to work at 9am. He is planning to start a family soon and want to have more work-family balance.

You guys are lawyers, I am not a lawyer. But I believe many students still aspire to be lawyers. By all means study law, but understand the market. Many industries are saturated now and even lawyers can decide to have a career change some point in their life.

almost 1 am and I am leaving office. this life is really terrible yet i don’t know what else I can do with my law degree. Is there anybody’s life as shitty as mine?


also i find a lot people here quite intolerant in the sense they will say others is “trolling” when the facts doesn’t conform to their realities.
