Fair enough, but frankly you're only penalised with that firm. Realistically and practically.

WKW no.
Both don't offer B4 salary. Or if they did I highly doubt good advancement (close to 1k increment per year)
The Big firms are still B4. Rodyk is literally big if you count by headcount only.
Both SLB and WKW are reputed mid sized
Basically anyone from 30-100(?)

i was called in 2018 and present salary is 7k frontloaded. How would that fare against the big 4s?

Just got a Big 4 offer. For mine it's sign in 2022, maybe due to COVID.
