i'm looking to appoint external counsel to redraft our internal templates in plain english.
as most of our templates are governed by english law, does anyone know of international law firms that draft in plain english?
thanks.

Can you do it yourself? And if you must appoint external lawyers to do it, the question should first be...what is the nature of your templates? E.g. IP? Construction? Distributorship contracts?
Only when you're reasonably confident in the firm's competence in that area of expertise can you then ask if they can do it in plain English.
Asking for firms that do "English law" is overly generic and funny too, especially given our historic link to it.

Can you do it yourself? Nope, I do not have the bandwidth
What is the nature of your templates? Ranges from NDAs to RCAs to Distributorship/Agency/Marketing Agreements - more gen corp documents
It is important for us to appoint E&W-qualified lawyers
