This is nothing in relation to previous posts but we should stop structural oppression and never shame women for voicing out harassments and how they were bullied. Such silent tyranny against women have stopped many from voicing out or make them feel their trauma were invalidated. Instead, we should encourage their bravery for standing up.


Allow women’s voices to expand. Let’s be progressive, Stop the structural oppression or xxxx shaming.

Hi all, kindly refrain from stirring the pot with such speculation. Just because some anon people say some bad things about IR doesn't mean it is true. Let the legal process run its course.

Lets be sensitive and support IR and his beautiful wife Andrea Chong during this difficult time. IR has probably taken a short hiatus to protect the reputation of his firm. It is a very selfless act. and @Dreachong has stopped posting on instagram so the couples revenues must be significantly affected. Let's give them moral support pls.

While I agree that we should be sensitive and kind towards those involved, I wish to add on that male apathy has been encouraged by years of structural oppression against women whilst they have been silenced in fear of reputation or losing their jobs.

sexual misconduct is never acceptable and effective policies need to be implemented that address predatory sexual misbehaviour and hold perpetrators fully to account
