No alleged victims are likely to step up to testify for him. Why would they? If the rumours are true they're from our poorer neighbours around the region. Who would want to come all the way to Singapore to take down some random lawyer involved in a spat with a wannabe opposition candidate?

Anyway to be blunt, some of these poor countries where these alleged victims hail from are not the most progressive when it comes to womens rights anyway. Sexual harassment and assault is probably a fact of life there. Only in Singapore do we give so much dam n about all these meetoo patriarchy crap
IRs profile has been taken off TKQPs website. Pretty sure we wont be hearing from him for a long time.

Looks like CY might be on the right track after all!

Paul Tan leaving R&T to join CC. A rising star litigator.

What's the inside scoop?

To any students who are doing internships, would suggest reaching out to associates in the firm to chat about how life is like. These associates were once in your shoes and you will be surprised by how many are willing to have a discussion with you. Never hurts to try.

Seriously a star. Stellar academics, Oxford BCL holder and he's already argued so many leading cases.

Agree. You'll be surprised how much they are willing to reveal over drinks.

Yep. It's probably only from 3PQE onwards that the barrier really comes up... Can testify that NQs and 1PQEs still look at law students as our juniors and will willingly share if you ask nicely
