Yup. It’s so easy to tell who’s actually from the Big 4 and who’s just spouting nonsense by claiming all the managing partners talk to each other and agree on associates’ pay.

I think you're misreading the post buddy... he's agreeing with the point that all B4 salaries are largely equivalent

Just wanted to check, am an NQ who recently got offered a place at a certain B4 whose initials are close to "B&H". The pay was 6k (4.8 starting, 1.2 bonus), can recent trainees confirm if this was what they were offered?

Just curious, if one intends to pursue the corporate route, does the JLC experience help in any way (assuming you get a spot)? Or should you just enter private practice since OJT will likely be more beneficial?
