No he didn't. Anyway, I can do better than Big 4 it doesn't matter. My mid sized firm is better anyway

It was answered. I'll cobble together the info from from all the posts before:

1PQE at big 4 gets 6.5 +.
Annual increase is higher than 1k.
There is a promotion jump from PQE3 to PQE4 (assuming you get promoted to SA, which is usually automatic.
You do the math.
