hahaha the poster above is such an asswipe.

anyway, would love to have some insights on working as an inhouse counsel for banks in terms of work-life balance, culture and career prospects.

9 to 6 job. There's a functional HR department and the banks care about reputation, so you won't get abused

Yes Banks will always be top tier. That's where all the money is

Then after that it's the FTSE

Then SMEs

Then your own in-house firm you set up

Anyway super random and off topic I just want to rant about how some legal secretaries despite being not young and not inexperienced don't know how to paginate, don't know how to use elitigation. In short, basically useless.
