i understand that the long hours and stress sometimes make people short tempered but lets be honest, the old generation will not be in this forum and all the less than 5 pqe people i've seen don't blow up as compared to those around 10 -15pqe
yet we seem to have this "understanding" that it's okay to throw/shred/scream at your team....

They're not wrong actually. OP's English is really bad.
We're not talking about spelling or punctuation mistakes that naturally happens when one is casually writing online or over whatsapp.
"betrayed of not getting retained" and "Did the most opinion piece" etc shows genuinely poor English. It means his English communication is very sub par, he probably processes his thoughts in Mandarin and translates them to English. Can't simply be chalked up to casual writing on online forums.
I wouldn't hire such a junior lawyer to draft pleadings or corporate documents, and I know you wouldn't too.

I'm quite sure some of the posters are just biz law diplomas / finance guys dealing with their own insecurities by having a dig at the few actual lawyers on this forum. What with all the aunt agony stuff.

ok lets get to the law stuff. do i owe her anything if i have sex with her, like after taking her out to dinner. WC is for married man and woman only right. we not gf/bf, not even officially dating.
will she have a lien or constructive trust on my stuff lol. dont even talk about garnish my trainee pay that one i know not happening.
actually i better not lah. this girl her law quite upz one, she will know more than me or u guys combined.
