Lame. Law girls are by no means fantastic in anyway. A 8/10 in law school or lawyer would probably be a 5 or 6/10 in banking, insurance agent or advertising for example

Just walk around mbfc area and you'll know what I mean or compare your average lawyer clique with your friends who studied in business / wannabe banking types (but not real front office IB because they don't hire flowerpots)

There's a term in America called 'law school hot' which means average outside law school

Many female lawyers have less than tolerable personalities and it doesn't help that such flaws aren't compensated by their looks

Finance guy here. Would date/marry a lawyer because brains > looks and law seems like a good hedge against the volatility of a finance income.

Please also see rule 33 of the Professional conduct rules.

Rumour has it that due to the fall in cap markets work and high mbfc rent, equity partners are earning the same or only slightly more than salaried partners. Not sure if it is true but that would explain alot.

This rumour about high mbfc rent killing profits has been around since 2015. True? Anyone from WP care to confirm?

All this rush to prestige grade Aaa office buildings is so lame. Doesn't bode well for the one moving to One Marina soon. Must cost them an arm and a leg.
