Lawyer Salary

Immediately place an ad for an associate and hire a girl who is younger and prettier than the female associate.

Anyone has any idea if the pay package of AGC is more akin to that of in-house or private practice. Don’t want to go in-house just yet but private practice is killing me. Also what about the Legal Service Commission but not posted to AGC?

Hey guys, saw this list in an earlier post. This is just base salary right? How much is the bonus like in law industry? I heard from a friend in big4 that his starting is 5.8 with NO bonus.

Baker - 7.5
WP - 6
RT - 5.8
DN - 5.6
AG - 5.6
RD - 5.5
TSMP - 5 increasing to 6 after probation

How is it like working in a local law firm that has a Formal Law Alliance with an international firm? Is it very much different from the other local firms? And what is the pay like?

Or if boss likes you maybe 1-2 months at most.

Thanks i read the earlier posts and found out these rates are with front loading, i.e. bonus already factored into the base.

Otherwise no it’s front loaded

Anyone able to give a brief generalisation of the big4? E.g. X has the most people entering via connections, Y has the worst hours, etc.

So generally majority there is no bonus, maybe minority can get 1-2 months bonus?
