making EP entails having your own book, if you don't have one don't even bother thinking about making it past being a salaried partner

Is it very bad to hentak kaki at salaried partner? Like even if you dont make a million a year, even 200K-300K seems good enough

Probably, but salaried partners work so many hours. If that is truly the ceiling as a salaried partner perhaps it makes more sense to hentak as a senior legal counsel inhouse at a similar or slightly lower salary, with better hours and no billing pressure.

Yes and no.

To be able to slog it out for 10-15 years means you were not burned out or asked to leave. To not be asked to leave you need to have enough clientele to sustain your practice.

So it is circular, the ones who stay will make EP eventually, but you only can stay if you're deemed as being "bound" for EP (or if you signal that you are fine with being salaried forever).

There is always the option of being Of Counsel, or lateraling downwards to a lower tier firm to be an SP and hopefully building a book consisting of some less blue-chip clients / SMEs / local corps.

Default Performance Bonus?

How much performance bonus do people in B4 get? How about 13th month bonus? Non-B4 data will be appreciated too.

I feel it is pragmatic. Either you have really shitty FCH's coming out from SUSS, making people think all SUSS grads are bad, or you keep the FCH for really special individuals, and do all you can to make them succeed so the whole school looks good.

Given that SUSS is a part-time law degree, the vast majority of people will not be dedicating that much time to studying, it's not unreasonable to assume that someone of a truly FCH level has not arisen yet. If I were them, I would rather keep giving my undedicated student populace 2CH rather than chance giving someone an FCH when they are a part-time student doing part-time studying.
