Partners are expensive. Trainees/associates are cheap

Not all B4 firms front load their assocs' pay.

For NQs, it's usually 0.5 months for firms who frontload and the 0.5 months is usually computed against the base pay (not the total monthly comp which includes the frontloaded bonus).
