Hearsay OP is a 2:2 and was rejected without an interview. Baker has been integrated globally for years now, and pays far higher than B4 salaries.

Baker runs a regionally integrated model - which means it's member firms are organised into regional economic blocs.

This is different from pure verine firms such as Dentons where every office is a franchise standalone.

Verein means not financially integrated lot… this applies to the regional office groups (i.e. American offices are separate from EMEA and Asia. Doesn’t mean that the brand and practices aren’t integrated across regions. It would be stupid to do that… like Dentons…
