In a JLV, both the Singapore and foreign assocs are in the same JLV entity. (Unless they do litigation lol)

Just dealt with one counsel as counterparty (some law firm at SGX centre), downright nasty time working w them haha.

Always sign off their documents and inputs with the foreign JLV name only. Got curious and did research, found that those counsels only listed on the Singapore firm website but not on the foreign firm website haha so I got the hint lah haha
