Hey guys, sorry to ask such a dumb question.
Recruiters/practising lawyers, would it look bad if I graduate around 2 years later than my cohorts? (Because I went for exchange in the US for 1 year then switched major from science to law during Covid). I will be 27 years old when I graduate in 2 years and I am worried if this would affect my employment outcome. Thanks, cause I am very concerned with this.

Nobody cares how old you are, they just look at your PQE. There are plenty of second career lawyers who studied law after doing something else for many years. As long as the reasons is not because you couldn't pass your exams and had to try another 2 years to get your degree, you are fine.

Just have a good story to tell and don't look like an aimless bum who will quit on them on a whim, and you'll be fine.

What does one mean by a "strong" second upper for TC and LLM applications? I am from NUS, what should my CAP be like to be considered a "strong" second upper?
