My notice is 2 months. A recruiter told me to stick on a bit more at my current firm otherwise jumping around doesn’t look so good.
Are there any big firms working on hybrid model. Current firm is all days in.

lol no one said anything about staying in a dead end place. most opportunities will come after your qualification. there are few opportunities at the TC stage (go for another TC? and compete with other fresh grads?). might as well make the most of your situation, finish training, and look for a job after.

These firms' deal flows have been slowing down anyway because tech and venture cap has been going to sh*t since the end of 0 interest rate environment. It doesn'[t have anything to do with a "banking crisis".
There is no "banking crisis" apart from the histrionics in SV and tech dudes who finally realize that you actually have to make money not just pitch dumb ideas like sky taxis or ape NFTs.
Goodwin has other non-tech non-venture clients to backstop their revenue. GunDett, maybe will do a mass layoff but no great loss anyway. Has always been a small 2-bit player outside the venture space.

Public sector lawyer versus private sector lawyer
How diverse in terms of similar work role? Any major change on the process / workflow / term.

The functions of a private sector lawyer and public sector lawyer are very very different. Ultimately it's about who you are serving.
Public sector lawyers work for the government. Why does the government need lawyers for? International affairs, legislation drafting, prosecutorial duties, etc.
Private sector lawyers work for their clients. What do the clients do? Everything else under the sun.
