Seems to be friendly, some friends seems to be happy there. Average retention for associates, pays better than B4. They work in small team tho, they work long hours.

Our dear equity partners / those in the topmost of our profession of numerous firms at numerous points in time, are the most prolific negative role models for this kind of behaviour lol. We, the younger generation, are simply emulating the moral centres of our learned predecessors.
Frankly it isn't surprising if it is true. It happens in all industries. The subsidized housing system here rewards those who simply rush into marriages. Which is why divorce rates are rising and some who haven't divorced are just hanging on to a broken marriage because of kids. Which in turn creates a "lost" generation of broken children. I truly worry for the future (if I ever live that long).
