ML in Singapore is Stamford la. A mid tier firm. They seem to hv lost some mojo since the LSF saga

Work arrangements
How’s the work arrangements like in Big 4, DRD/SLB/MS/WKW and offshore firms?
Disgruntled assoc in mid size going to office daily only for partner to MIA and give instructions through phone calls.
Hoping to switch to the above firms soon
