Climbing up the ladder
Corp associate from mid sized with 1++PQE. Spent RLT TC in the mid sized well.
Dual qualified E&W. UK FCH from not a top school.
Recently passed QLTS, hoping to move up the ladder.
Thinking of switching to a larger firm for future prospects in Corp. One that would be a good stepping stone to the offshore.
Where should I try to apply to (Locally or offshore)?

Apply to offshore firms if that’s the end goal. Law firms are still experiencing rapid attrition and it’s a good time to jump. Just don’t go to BMWL FS.
