Meh. Out of all the teams in BMWL, FS teams are probably the strongest.

All the time. Realistically nothing. Quit. The hiring market is good enough that associates have options and don't need to suffer abuse.
Not that we should ever normalize bullying and abuse at all, but y'know lah, lawyers can be quite practical and hardnosed. In the past, when there was a glut, we tahan the s**t because it was difficult to find another equivalent job. Not anymore.
Quitting also makes them scramble to fill the spot and train someone again. If they don't need to do so, that means the team doesn't have enough work and probably wasn't a good long-term role, to begin with.

thoughts on A&G vs WongP for corporate m&a?
curious about all considerations, I've heard the former has a slight edge over the latter in rankings, but to what extent is this true/does this matter, is the training more or less similar or does one firm do more than the other, what is the culture in each place like? how are the bosses? career progression and exit options similar?

Maybe you just endure? Give or take 3 years later when you have some seniority, you can bully your juniors and take it out on them.
