That firm gave out all the TC slots already. If you havent heard back by now, can refocus elsewhere.

What are Singapore Firms paying?
|
Silver Circle and mid-tiers like NRF have already busted the pre-2021 MC payscale.
The question to ask is, what proportion of your typical Singaporean lawyer (those in Big 4, Dentons Rodyk, Shook Lin etc) hv the capability to make it to an international firm?
Anyway the reason why local firms cannot pay at that rate is because their revenue base is small cos their clients are not comparable to the international firms' clients.
U do realize that even our largest local firms have only around the same revenue as a UK regional firm like Shoosmiths or Burges Salmon right?

If local firms cannot pay as much then would more B4 assocs move to international firms?
or is it better to stay on and become partners in B4?

Can I ask which SG local firm is the best feeder firm into intl firms?
Big 4/BM/DR ok?
also, my friend was saying nowadays its possible to jump from SG local firm into US firms straight, without doing a stint with the UK firms. is this true? or a stint with the UK firms before the US firms is always necessary?
Thanks a lot!

Has anyone ever moved from a SG firm to an international firm based in HK? What are the pros and cons of working in HK?
