That’s weird. Not sure I get the obsession. All of these are just labels mostly, until you reach partner. Your life or workload won’t magically change with the change in title.
But to answer your question, senior associates get the title from 5PQE onwards (or later, for international firms). Junior partners get the promotion at around 7-8PQE, depending on skill and rapport (or later than this, for international firms).

AGC life is very easy and chill. They get off at 6pm and can utilize all their leave and off days. I am very jelly.

Don't get taken in by the NRF name. One of the liti Partners left recently leaving only one small team. They do midsize work.
