What are the bonuses like in Big4 firm?
Possible to earn at least 16 months as annual package? Or is the salary itself frontloaded with the bonus already?

Never heard of anything more than 3 months bonus on top of the frontloaded portion (i.e. total 5 months). But some of the more informed ppl here may know otherwise.

It goes up to about 5 months on top of the frontloaded portion (of the base component, not including the frontload) for most B4 teams, some litigation teams go by their own rules and can award more (at the discretion of the relevant partner heading the team)

I'm aspiring to practice litigation, Should I aim for a spot in DSC Chambers or join one of the 'Big Four' firms' Litigation Departments? I've heard stories about the intensity of working for a Senior Counsel.
I have a bit of mooting experience and hoping to secure a spot in some moot teams. Currently a law student

If you’re into litigation, there is no better training or listing on a CV than working with an SC. Except perhaps becoming a JLC
